Catalyst is the training division of Sixty Eight People Ltd, a hospitality recruitment and leadership development agency. Our registered office is Unit 1.04 Royal Mills, Ancoats, Manchester, England, M4 5BA. When we refer to "Catalyst," "we," "us," or "our" in this policy, we mean Sixty Eight People Ltd operating under the Catalyst brand.   • Payment details when you book a programme (processed securely via our payment provider - we do not store card details)

  • Your approximate location, device type and browser

  • How you arrived at our website (for example, via a link or search engine)

Why we collect it and what we do with it

We only collect information we actually need. Here's what we use it for:

How long we keep your data

We don't hold onto data longer than we need to.

  • Enquiry and contact data - up to 2 years from last contact

  • Booking and financial records - up to 7 years, as required by HMRC

  • Marketing preferences - until you withdraw consent

 

If you'd like us to delete your data sooner, just ask.

Keeping your data safe

We take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect your information from loss, misuse or unauthorised access. Our website uses SSL encryption, and access to personal data within our team is restricted to those who need it.
